Advertising disclosure
NoTabs Travel is an independent travel assistance service for booking new flights. This page explains how we’re paid, who answers your call, and what we don’t control.
We’re paid for phone calls
When you call the number on this site, a call-tracking service routes your call to an independent travel agency in our partner network. Those partners pay us for the calls we refer. What they pay can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it leads to a booking. Those arrangements can also affect which agency receives your call and where our number appears.
You don’t pay us anything. We don’t charge for the call, and when you book, your payment goes to the agency, not to us.
What the partner agency may charge
The agency that answers your call sells the ticket. It may charge a service fee on top of the airfare. Ask the agent for the total price, with every tax and fee included, before you give payment details.
Not affiliated with any airline
NoTabs Travel isn’t an airline or a travel agency. We aren’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any airline. Airline names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. When an agent or one of our guides mentions an airline, it’s only to describe a flight or a rule, never to suggest a connection.
We can’t look up, change or cancel a booking you made somewhere else. For that, contact the airline or agency that sold you the ticket.
Fares and seats are set by airlines
We don’t sell flights or set prices. Airlines set fares, fees, seat availability and fare rules, and those can change quickly. The independent agency handling your call quotes what’s available at that moment and books it under its own terms.
We don’t run the partner agencies
The agencies in our partner network are independent businesses. We don’t own, operate or control them, their agents aren’t our employees, and we aren’t responsible for their actions, policies, service or performance.
After you book
A booking made on your call is handled from start to finish by the agency that sold it and the airline that operates the flight. That covers the reservation, your payment, ticketing, and any later changes, cancellations, refunds or customer service. Every booking is subject to their terms, conditions and limits of liability, and your legal relationship for it is with them, not with NoTabs Travel.
Which agency answers
Calls go to an available partner agency. Which one answers can depend on the time of day, who’s free and the arrangements described above, so it may differ from one call to the next. The agent should tell you their agency’s name. If they don’t, ask before you share any personal details.
Before a trip abroad
Read the U.S. Department of State’s travel advisories for every country on your route, and check passport and entry requirements, before you settle your plans. We don’t give travel safety or entry advice.
Booking elsewhere is always fine
Calling our number is optional. You’re free to book directly with an airline or with any travel provider you choose.
How our ads describe us
We advertise this site on search engines. Our ads present NoTabs Travel as independent travel assistance for booking new flights by phone. They never claim to be an airline or offer help with existing bookings.
Our guides
The guides on this site are general information that we write ourselves, with links to the rules they describe. They aren’t legal advice. No partner pays for what they say, and they don’t change based on which agency answers your call.
