Privacy Policy: Calls, Cookies and Your Choices

This policy covers notabstravel.com and calls made to the phone numbers shown on it. It doesn’t cover the independent partner travel agency you speak with. That agency collects your booking details under its own privacy policy, so ask the agent for it.

What we collect

When you visit the site. If our measurement tags are active, the site and the services behind those tags may collect:

device and browser details
pages viewed and the website or ad that sent you
an ad click identifier

Some of this is stored in cookies or similar technology. We don’t ask for your name, email or card details on this site, and there are no forms.

When you call. The call-tracking service that routes your call records:

your phone number
the date, time and length of the call
the number you dialed
the page or ad that led to the call

Calls may be recorded by the call-tracking service or by the partner agency.

When you email us. We receive your email address and whatever you write.

To measure which ads and pages lead to calls, so we can manage our advertising
To bill our partners for calls and settle disputes about them
To spot and prevent fraud and abuse
To answer your questions and requests

The call-tracking service and pay-per-call network that route your call and record call details for billing.
The independent partner travel agency that answers your call. It receives the call and anything you tell the agent.
Advertising platforms, such as search engines that run our ads. They get conversion measurement, meaning whether an ad click led to a call. We set our tags so this data isn’t used to personalize ads.
Service providers that host and run this website.
Authorities or others, when the law requires it or when it’s needed to protect rights and safety.

We don’t sell personal information for money.

Your choices

Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our tags don’t store advertising cookies or send ad user data.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you
- get a copy of it
- correct it or delete it
- opt out of its use for targeted advertising
To make a request, email us with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We’ll need to confirm it’s you before we act, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.

How long we keep it

We keep call records and site data only as long as we need them for the purposes above. That includes billing and dispute periods with our partners, and any period the law requires. Then we delete or de-identify them.

Children

This site is for adults booking travel. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date on this page. Significant changes will be noted at the top.
