These terms apply to your use of notabstravel.com and the phone numbers shown on it. By using the site or calling, you agree to them.

What this service is

NoTabs Travel is an independent travel assistance and referral service. We connect callers with independent travel agencies in our partner network. We aren’t an airline or a travel agency, and we aren’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any airline. We don’t sell, issue or hold tickets, and we don’t take payment.

Who you contract with

If you book a flight on a call, your contract for that booking is with the independent partner agency that sells it and with the airline that operates the flight. Their terms, conditions, fare rules, service fees, change and refund policies, and limits of liability apply to the booking. They handle the reservation, payment, ticketing, and any changes, cancellations, refunds or customer service afterwards. Airlines set fares, seat availability and fare rules, and those can change until your ticket is issued. NoTabs Travel isn’t a party to the booking, and your legal relationship for it is with the agency and the airline.

Calls

Calls are routed by a call-tracking service and may be recorded by that service or by the partner agency. Which agency answers may vary. Don’t share payment details until you know the name of the agency you’re speaking with and you’ve agreed to the total price.

Our guides are general information about booking flights and US consumer rules. They aren’t legal advice. Rules change, and we can’t promise every page reflects the latest version. Check the linked rule text, or ask the airline or agency, before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site or the phone number, for example by placing automated, fraudulent or harassing calls, or by trying to interfere with how the site works.

Our content

The text, design and code of this site belong to NoTabs Travel. Airline names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may share links to it and quote short passages with credit. Don’t copy the site or present it as your own.

Disclaimer

The site and the referral service are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t own, operate or control partner agencies or airlines, and we aren’t responsible for their fares, availability, policies, services, conduct or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NoTabs Travel won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the referral service. If we’re found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid NoTabs Travel directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date on this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
