How NoTabs Travel works

The short version

When you call the number on this site, a call-routing service connects you to an independent partner travel agency. An agent there searches flights, quotes a price and, if you say yes, books the ticket and takes your payment.

We don’t sell anything ourselves. We aren’t an airline or a travel agency, we aren’t affiliated with any airline, and we never ask for your card details.

Who picks up the phone

An agent at one of the independent travel agencies we partner with. Which agency answers can depend on the time of day, who’s available and the arrangements our network has with its partners, so it may not be the same one each time you call.

The agent should tell you their name and their agency’s name. If they don’t, ask before you share anything. The business name on your receipt should match the one you were given.

How we get paid

Our partners pay us for calls. The amount can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it leads to a booking. You don’t pay us anything.

We don’t set fares, fees or seat availability. Airlines set those, and the agency adds its own service fee if it charges one. The full details are on our advertising disclosure.

What the partner agency handles

• Searching flights and quoting the price, including any service fee it charges
• Taking your payment and issuing your ticket
• Its own terms for changes, cancellations and refunds, alongside the airline’s fare rules
• Keeping the booking details you give it, under its own privacy policy

What we’re responsible for

• This website and what it says
• The phone number and the routing of your call
• The information this site and our call tracking collect, as set out in our privacy policy
• Answering questions about the site or a call you made through it

When we’re the wrong number

• You need to change, cancel or check in for an existing trip. The seller of that ticket is the one to call.
• Your bag is lost or late. The airline that operated your final flight handles that.
• You already found the exact fare you want online. Booking it yourself is usually faster.
• You’d rather book directly with an airline. You always can; calling us is optional.

Why “NoTabs”

Pricing a trip online can mean a dozen open browser tabs: dates, airports, bag fees, seat maps, fare rules. For some trips, a short call with one person who does that comparing for you is the better way. For others it isn’t, and we say so.
